The third edition of The Real Truth About Motherhood (RTAM) took place in Barcelona on June 13 and 14, 2025, bringing together mothers, families, professionals, and community leaders for two powerful days dedicated to honest conversations about motherhood.
With more than 300 attendees, the event once again confirmed its role as one of the most unique gatherings in Spain focused entirely on the real, unfiltered experience of motherhood.
Across two inspiring venues, the event created a safe and welcoming space where participants could explore identity, wellbeing, relationships, and the deep transformation that comes with becoming a mother.

The event opened on Friday, June 13, at the innovative MediaTIC Building, home to the LIDERA program.
This first day focused on how motherhood often leads women to redefine their identity, priorities, and professional path.
Speakers and facilitators encouraged mothers to see their experiences not as limitations, but as sources of strength, creativity, and leadership.
Day Two: Wellbeing, Connection and Community
On Saturday, June 14, the event continued in the peaceful gardens of Jardí de les Aigües.
Surrounded by nature, participants took part in conversations and activities centered on emotional wellbeing, connection, and shared experiences.
This open-air setting created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where mothers and families could reflect, connect, and support each other through honest dialogue.
